Details: This project will be a fresh approach to hotel's in the Yakima Valley. The project is 127 rooms with room sizes ranging from 500-700 square feet. The boutique hotel is being designed to show the feel of the Yakima Valley Wine country and is designed for longer, more comfortable stays. The project will conect to the Hilton Garden Inn with over 10,000 square feet of new meeting and conference space. As of September 2008, the hotel name is still in the works.
