Downtown Profile: Glass Kaleidoscope - 2008-02-28

Last fall, owners Sandi Drury and Jacob Lee moved The Glass Kaleidoscope from 36th Avenue to downtown.  Their new space is open and roomy with a coffee bar, cafe seating, and retail space in the front and a separate studio space in the back.  A customer can grab a latte and enjoy the experience of seeing the glass making process.  Drury and Lee have a number of pieces available for sale and are happy to make custom pieces, from wine glasses to windows.

Ready to learn how to be a master of glass making yourself?  Drury and Lee offer a number of classes to the public, including stained glass, fused glass and glass blowing.  Grab a few friends and choose a class to take together.

The coffee bar is open Monday-Friday 7:30 am-4:30 pm.
